Probably a hot tourist spot by now, when I lived in Arraial d’Ajuda, across the mouth of the river from Porto Seguro, each more distant untouched beach location was being discovered and became the next ‘secluded beach’ to visit, so then someone set up a b&b, and so on and so forth, thats just how it goes. Trancoso had just been ‘colonised’ when I discovered it (by horseback along the beach).
